On February 12th, Elina successfully defended her thesis entitled “Where Do the Roads of Normal and Tumor Development Converge?”. During the defense, she presented her research and discussed her work with faculty opponent Ruth Palmer (University of Gothenburg) and the thesis committee members Malin Wickström (Karolinska Institute), Edgar Pera (Lund University), and Nick Leigh (Lund University).
The defense marked an important milestone after years of dedicated research and hard work.
